One of the most common issues I deal with as a yoga teacher is shoulder tension. We all feel it at times! This video includes the best ways I've found that helps students to release tension and to relax. It finishes with relaxation (Savasana). Stay in your comfortable cosy relaxation for as lonnnnnng as you like!
