As a certified Love, Sex and Relationship Coach; Tantric Masseuse; Yoga Instructor; Dance and Movement Therapist; and Facilitator of Connection and Intimacy events, I have been inspired for so many years to help others rediscover the power of open-heartedness and connection. Due in no small part from a lack of intimacy in my own past, for too long.
Through intuitive, heartfelt yet structured work, I guide people to feel safe in their own skin and cultivate relationships that heal and transform.

With each session we focus on what you are wanting to work with. We focus on how you experience intimacy or the lack of it, what prevents intimacy from happening, unlocking and unblocking and opening to wonderful new connections.
This is not therapy. The work is embodied and practical, bringing awareness into your body, breath, and nervous system so change happens at the level of action, not ideas.
Sessions combine direct inquiry with guided practices that help you interrupt old patterns, build steadiness, and develop a clear, self-led masculine presence you can live from beyond the session.
