Whole Body Yoga - Who Needs the Gym?
This yoga session will make you strong! It's fun, and you are so welcome to rest when you need to, and come back into it after you've taken a breath or two. It will strengthen your core, your legs, your glutes and back body, your shoulders, your arms and wrists, and yes, even your fingers.
