Your first class - any class! - FREE
Click on this to attend any of my classes free of charge, if this is your first class in a long time with me or your first class altogether with me.
Options include any one of these (during term time):
Tuesday evenings all levels 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Wednesday mornings Meditation 7:30am - 8:00am
Wednesday mornings Strength-Building Yoga 8:00am - 8:30am
Friday mornings all levels 9:30am - 10:45am
Friday mornings gentle, relaxing class 11:00am - 12:00pm

I welcome you to a live zoom class, where you can choose to be visible on the screen with other students or you can turn your camera off so you have privacy.
