We work with a variety of lovely yoga postures, modifications and variations.
Some postures are challenging, but can be adapted to suit your needs. My aim is to enable you to feel great as you strengthen and become more flexible, to find equanimity and release within the postures and in life. People often tell me after the class that their tension or tightness has released. They also say they sleep best on the nights after their yoga class!
A zoom link will be sent to you the day before or up to 60 minutes before the session starts if you book after the first link has been sent. Any bookings received after that will be honoured the following week
