Strength-Building Yoga. Online Wednesday mornings 8:00am - 8:30am
A good way to get energised for the day. Short but intense!
No-messing around yoga that will make you strong. Not for beginners, unless you already have a strength-building practice. I love this yoga.
This follows directly on from the Meditation session at 7:30am, so that you can come to both or either.
A zoom link will be sent to you the day before or up to 75 minutes before the session starts (6:45am) if you book after the first link has been sent the day before. Any bookings received after that will be honoured the following week.
The strength-building yoga session is exactly what I wanted. My upper body is very weak and so I am keen to build up some strength. The first session was much harder than I can actually do right now but this gives me something to practice so that I can see improvement in the future.
The yoga was brilliant! It was tough, but you know, I like a challenge lol! Anne
You'll need to download the free and very easy zoom software. That's all, you don't have to sign up or do anything more.
Once you've booked, I'll send the link the day before your session, or within a half hour before the session if you book later. It's nice to say hello to you so I'll open up the session link fifteen minutes before class starts.
