February-April 2021 term - Tuesday and Friday online classes inclusive, 6 weeks starting Tues Feb 23 and Fri Feb 26
These classes are wonderful if you are sitting a lot, and you want to loosen up stiffness or discomfort, you want to get stronger and more flexible, you're looking for a calmness and focus, to help you let go of stress or tension. The sessions are a great way to connect into the body.
To find out more about each class have a look at the individual class listed under the 'Online Classes' tab. If you are new to my classes you're welcome to book one separately, to see if you like it. After that, I ask students to commit to the term. You're very welcome if you're new! Or if you haven't been to yoga for a long time! Or if you're one of the regulars!
The price is per person. If the full cost is difficult for you at the moment, I would hate to think you aren't coming just because of that. Please get in touch with me and we'll work something out. ok? I really do mean that!!
After you've booked, I'll send a zoom link to all participants on the Monday each week. The link will give you access to ALL the Tuesday and Friday classes for that week (the Wednesday morning classes are not included). If you're not familiar with zoom, download the free software at www.zoom.us. You don't have to join zoom or do anything else except to check that you've receive your link on a Monday.
